Sales have been launched at 323 Lenox Road, a new seven-story condominium in the Flatbush neighborhood of Brooklyn. The Corcoran team of Roni Dotan, Jennifer Carlson and Denise Cataudella are handling the sales.
Current pricing reflects one bedroom units starting at $499,000 and two bedroom units starting at $715,000. The average price of the eight apartments released to date is $639,125 with an average per square foot price of $931.
Design elements of the residences include concrete ceilings up to ten feet in height, floor-to-ceiling noise abatement windows, wide plank oak flooring and central air. The open kitchens feature a peninsula, custom matte gray lacquer cabinetry, a suite of stainless steel appliances.

Additional amenities include private cabanas, bike room, private storage and a package room. Rooftop cabanas and storage are available for purchase.
