Brian Weiss has built his career on a keen ability to develop and maintain strong, productive business relationships. Following successful outings at Computer Associates as a Client Relationship Manager and within the highly competitive executive recruitment field, he turned his sights to real estate. Outgoing, trustworthy and forthright, Mr. Weiss has progressively advanced in the industry from Sales Associate to Associate Broker to Vice President of New Development Sales and Marketing. In this role, he works directly with investors to secure new properties in the New York Metro Region. He markets and leases new acquisitions following closing, keeping them cash flow positive, and manages day-to-day operations of the properties. This would include dealing with tenants and management companies as well as supers, contractors and vendors on the owner’s behalf. Fully engaged in the market, Brian identifies new development opportunities and works his extensive referral network of attorneys, architects, and mortgage brokers for his investors. He also tends to a large referral base of traditional customers on sales of houses, co-ops, and condos and to clients citywide, as buyer’s broker and exclusive broker for seller as well as administering high-end, short-term, long-term, furnished and unfurnished rentals. A natural salesman, Brian was attracted to Real Estate understanding that a home is the primary asset most people invest in. Professional, diligent and attentive, he listens to his customer’s feedback, only showing them properties that match their criteria. He has a streamlined process that features quality, not quantity. His due diligence on behalf of his clients analyzes pricing and market trends to ensure optimum return. An incredible 85% of his business comes from referrals - not from advertising, further evidence of his success in developing and maintaining long-term relationships. Brian grew up on Long Island, and has lived in Phoenix, and Manhattan. He now resides in Forest Hills with his wife and son. He joined Triumph in 2002.
