Blake has been focused on real estate in NYC for over 16 years. She started her career in 2002 as a residential appraiser. She appraised properties throughout NYC with the largest appraisal firm in the city having virtually every bank as her client. It was there that she begun to refine her property assessment skills and the love affair with real estate began. Appraising thousands of properties taught her the lay of the land and as a result she became familiar with a majority of the buildings in the city. After 4 years she moved to an online real estate marketing firm where she dealt with a multitude of local and international buyers as well as major new developments in the city. This time enabled her to fine tune her understanding of buyers and sellers needs as well provide her with an innate ability and understanding of real estate marketing. Finally, she joined Triumph Property Group in 2009. With the culmination of her past experiences she has rounded out to be not just a real estate agent, rather a real estate expert. To date she has assisted buyers and sellers as well as landlords and tenants to the tune of almost $550,000,000. In the past few years she has begun investing with her family in income producing assets as well as new developments. She has a vast network of developers, architects, attorneys and contractors which allows her to offer an array of complimentary referrals to her ever growing clientele. Blake is true New Yorker, she was born in Queens, spent her teens in Great Neck, Long Island, attended college in upstate New York, thereafter lived in Manhattan for many years and now happily resides in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
