Who wants to be a millionaire? Or how about a billionaire? If you answered yes to one of these questions, then you've come to the right real estate sales agent. Because I am always hoping that the buy or sell of my client's properties is going to bring great wealth and happiness into their lives.
My interest and fascination in real estate truly began when I was a little girl. And one of the things I have always found most exciting about real estate is that there's always great potential for the value of one's property to appreciate beyond one's wildest imagination. Or with smart management of second mortgages and different tax breaks, you can use the value of property you own to grow your wealth via the stock market, investment into your future retirement home, purchase of new property, etc.
Have I personally made investments into real estate? You bet. My very first investment into the New York City market began when I purchased a studio in Jackson Heights Queens, together with my parents as co-owners. And then a few years later I bought a place in Gramercy. Now I'm looking at places upstate that make it easy to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, and I'm looking even in the Hamptons (because sunshine, beach, and quiet barbequing with friends are good for people. And seriously speaking if you can find a place that's affordable, I think / know the Hamptons can be a great investment.).
For those who want to know more about how I made my purchase decisions and other thoughts I have about buying, renting, selling, and investing into real estate, feel free to check out my personal website YouTooCanBeDonaldTrump.blogspot.com. (The domain name is tongue and cheek.)
You'll also find a great deal more on the website, including my 5 Star Recipes and later on my daily and weekly suggestions for where to eat in the city - -- because who hasn't tried to plan a date or a get together with a friend, couldn't think of a place, and then was overwhelmed by all the choices offered by all the bloggers and food writers.
I do love food and places with great ambiance. I also have a very unique cultural background and upbringing, which has me relating with people in just about every neighborhood of New York City, from Murray Hill and the Upper East Side to the Bronx and Bay Side Brooklyn (seriously.).
Because of my peppy energy self, people often guess that I'm the youngest in my family, but I'm actually the oldest of four. And I'm the black sheep of the family, which might have to do with the fact that at the core of my soul is somebody who is a painter, sculpturist and an artist. Oh and did I tell you I absolutely love to dance?
But enough about me. If you really want to work with somebody who gives 110% to everything she does and one day wants to open up a special beautiful restaurant in NYC from the money she saves from doing real estate and interior design projects, then please reach out to me.
Adventure & Celebrate,
Teresa
