Following 20 years as an advertising sales executive with The New York Times, Alicia turned to residential real estate in 2010, where she has been able to continue using the same creative marketing, technology and people skills she honed at The Times. Best business practices, such as honesty, positivity, and knowledge are the essence of her relationships with clients. Her good-humor, perseverance, ability to synthesize market date/trends, and manage expectations have proven instrumental in the realization of clients’ goals with less stress and more gratifying results.
A native New Yorker, Alicia has lived in historic Murray Hill for the last 25 years, enjoying residency in its pre-eminent art deco building, The Goodhue House. She has been involved in the sale of multiple Murray Hill co-operative apartments, as well as many sales in the surrounding neighborhoods.
