Since 1984, Andrea Daniels has helped real estate clients throughout Manhattan achieve their dream of finding the right home, and getting the best price for their investment. Highly regarded in her field and well respected by both clients and peers, Andrea is nothing short of fair, honest and ethical in her dealings. She is an exemplary service professional who works hard and upholds the utmost standards of excellence. Plus she has an exceptional knowledge of the NYC marketplace, which empowers clients with the information they need to succeed in their transactions. A native New Yorker, Andrea grew up in Brooklyn and earned her undergraduate degree from Queens College. After receiving a Masters in Education from Hofstra, she pursued teaching as a career then excelled in the world of academia for 10 years. Inspired by her late husband in commercial real estate, Andrea found herself intrigued by the art of the deal, and by the exciting challenge of matching people with properties. She joined Warburg in 1986 after two years in the business. As a mainstay and accomplished producer at the firm, she has marketed and sold everything from studios to townhouses, and worked in virtually every neighborhood of Manhattan. While Andrea knows the building inventory inside and out, she more importantly understands her clients' needs and that is what has brought her so much repeat and referral business over the years. Residing on the Upper West Side for nearly two decades, Andrea has served on the board of her co-op and has lent service to her current co-op board. This experience further fuels her savvy in guiding prospective purchasers with their board packages. Andrea also sits on REBNY's West Side Committee. For fun, when time allows, Andrea enjoys skiing, golfing, art and music.
