Annie hit the ground running in real estate in 1992 as Warburg’s Rookie of the Year. Over the last 25 years, Annie has consistently ranked as one of the firm’s top producers. When representing sellers, Annie’s knowledge, tenacity and aggressive marketing are known to attract the right buyers and command the highest prices. She has built strong relationships throughout the city with other brokers, attorneys, managing agents, and lenders which streamline the purchase and sale processes for her clients and customers.

Annie trained as a social worker/educator and worked for many years in sales/marketing and management in the legal and investment banking industries. She holds a B.A. from Penn State University and a Masters from NYU. A committed tennis player, golfer, and biker, Annie has lived on Manhattan’s Upper East Side for many years. She weekends in East Hampton and Boca Raton. Her amazing daughter Stephanie, a healthcare strategist, lives in the Flatiron area.
