Rafael was born in Dublin, Ireland and raised in Canada.  He studied marketing and law at Ryerson University in Toronto, and earned his certificate of International Business studies in Groningen, Netherlands.

The son of a 35-year real estate veteran, Rafael brings to Warburg Realty more than 10 years of experience in property management and residential and commercial leasing.  His success in the industry is attributed to a diligent work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and unparalleled personal client service.

His career in the arts and entertainment industry as an award-winning producer provides not only a solid business foundation, but also a unique perspective as well as valuable skills and talents essential for marketing real estate in innovative and strategic ways.

Rafael resides on the Upper East Side with his wife, Consuelo Vanderbilt Costin.
