After graduating from Ithaca College in 1987, Jonathan returned to the Tri-state area where he was raised and started his career in Hotel Management. With more than 8 years in the industry with Loews Hotels and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, he went on to assist several New York area start-ups with their sales and marketing efforts. Having worked with Chapin's founder Alan Franco in the hotel industry, Jonathan was recruited to the industry and company to enhance the group's sales and marketing efforts.

Jonathan is well known for the high-level of attention he pays to each and every client, assisting them with all their needs in regards to their purchase or rental transaction. Having been a Manhattan resident for over 15 years, Jonathan has a thorough understanding of each neighborhood and regularly assists clients with identifying the area and apartment details best suited to their needs.

Recently, Jonathan purchased a home in Melville, Long Island with his wife and twin 6 year old daughters. That said, he enjoys coming into Manhattan every day to continue to experience the life and energy of the city.
