The Corcoran Group. 590 Madison Avenue, New York, NY 10022 (917) 375-6222, [email protected]
Pat Palermo began her career with the Corcoran Group over 25 years ago. Hired directly by founder, Barbara Corcoran, she has consistently been a member of the Corcoran Multi-Million Dollar Club, a Certified Negotiator Expert (CNE), member of the coveted New York Residential Specialist (NYRS), top 1.8% of NRT’s 50,000+ agents, longtime member of New York Chamber of Commerce and New York Art Deco Society, and served on the Board of Arts Horizons non-profit. Pat’s well-earned reputation as an honest, savvy broker with an affable demeanor generates a record level of repeat and referred business. CEO, Pam Liebman, honored her for milestone achievements in the industry, such as, selling an unprecedented more than 100+ properties in a single building.
Before becoming a Corcoran broker, she acquired skills over a ten year period as a negotiator of multi-million dollar contracts with a major international company. Merging her real estate background, and a successful investment business of buying, renovating and selling her own and other investors’ properties in Texas, Connecticut, Florida and New York, she flourished due to her sharp eye for value, renovations and analytical skills. "I feel a strong obligation to my clients,” says Pat Palermo. “Selling or buying a residential home or investment is a major transaction in one’s life. It requires sensitivity, honesty, savvy negotiations, and confidence. I’m not just moving properties, I’m moving people and their money”.
Born in Nebraska, Pat is a graduate of New York University. Except for a four-year hiatus of sun and surf in Hawaii, she has lived in New York City her adult life. Besides her passion for “the Big Apple”, New York real estate and non-profit work, she thoroughly enjoys the arts, poetry, hiking, design, cooking and entertaining friends.
