In 2012 Tara was the Director of Sales at the Setai Wall Street where the team sold over 90% of the standing inventory within 18 months. She has sold over $400M in real estate throughout her career spanning from studio apartments to multi-family Townhouse transactions throughout Manhattan. Tara and her listings have been featured on Bravo's hit series 'Million Dollar Listing New York' and HGTV’s ‘Selling New York.’ She is often quoted in industry leading publications including The New York Times, Forbes, The New York Observer, and many others.

Growing up in one of the largest development capitals of the world, Vancouver and the West Coast of Canada, fueled Tara's enthusiasm for real estate from a very early age. Equipped with her business management academic background, multiple licenses and Urban Land Economics training, she went from selling master planned communities and luxury homes for one of Vancouver's largest developers into the challenging market of New York City in 2008, which she immediately embraced and thrived in.

A Financial District resident with an extensive Downtown track record, Tara loves all aspects and areas of New York City. She has a keen interest in architecture, NYC history, international travel, and interior design. Her move to The Corcoran Group in 2013 creating ‘The SKW Team’ has proven to be the ultimate platform to serve Resale and New Construction properties and clientele.
