His ongoing career success has been driven by his ability to attract, nurture and retain genuine relationships with his clients by fulfilling their expectations elegantly and discreetly. He is a full-service real estate specialist who is intimately aware of the dynamics that drive New York City’s ever-shifting marketplace, as well as the emotional aspects of buying and selling homes.

In addition to condo and co-op apartment sales, his niche market specialties are residential investment properties, new developments and second homes (pied-a-terres.) He also serves on the Residential Council of the Real Estate Board of New York.

Prior to reinventing himself in real estate, Brandon ended a successful 16-year career as a world-class recording engineer and music producer with hundreds of major album and film soundtrack releases for Warner Bros. Atlantic, EMI, Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures and many other record labels and film production studios to his credit.

He has lived on the Upper East Side with his wife and three young children for over nine years.

In time away from business, Brandon is an avid outdoorsman who also enjoys current affairs, astronomy, theoretical physics, psychology, philosophy, EUFA football matches and vacationing with his family in the South of France.

He supports several not-for-profit organizations including Trout Unlimited, Habitat for Humanity, MOMA/PS1, Fondation Maeght, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, The Carter Center, and charity: water.
