Cindy specializes in rentals and sales in all parts of Manhattan, plus is familiar with Queens and Brooklyn. She is always willing to be of help and empathizes with people’s needs, especially first-time renters and buyers who require extra special attention. Being very persistent, Cindy will not give up until your mission together is accomplished, and until you walk away with a smile on your face and the keys to your new home. Born in Guangzhou, China and raised in Manhattan, Cindy speaks fluent Cantonese as well as English. She went to Hunter College for English Language Arts, and worked as a paralegal at a law firm for five years that dealt mostly with real estate and corporate litigation. Her background in the legal field enables her to make transactions more efficient. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate agent, Cindy was an account executive at a startup wholesale jewelry and handbag company, managing accounts and coordinating sales and operations.

She is very organized, efficient, tech savvy, and familiar with Manhattan having lived here for decades. Cindy calls Chelsea her longtime home and previously resided in the Lower East Side for many years. In her free time, she enjoys tuning into current news and real estate podcasts, staying active, traveling, hiking, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. Cindy shares her space with her dog Jai Jai (which means son in Chinese!).
