Ed's professional history is a path of entrepreneurial business growth. With a College Degree in Business and Culinary Arts, Ed moved to Aspen, Colorado. He taught skiing by day and worked as a Chef at night. Securing his first commercial Real Estate deal, Ed opened a restaurant on Nantucket Island and another in Telluride, Colorado. The first retail business was located on 72nd and Central Park West, and the second location opened shortly thereafter on Broadway and 70th Street. Three years later, Ed joined forces with founder Clark Halstead and now CEO, Diane Ramirez to continue his growth.

Today with Halstead Property LLC, Mr. Herson is a top producing broker in the firm and across the industry. In recognition of his achievements, Mr. Herson belongs to Halstead's elite Private Councils and Circles. He is an active council member of the Real Estate Board of New York, teacher for Halstead's agent training, member of the Real Estate Board of NY and a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker.
