Ivonne’s energy never ceases. A self-proclaimed conscious diva she is a resource of NYC to-do’s. A seasoned broker who grew up and started her business in NJ in 2005, she made a bold move six years ago and moved to Harlem and immediately immersed as a New Yorker. Rather than remaining in the business she dabbled with other industries of interest: public relations, fitness and entertainment. Through it all she knew she could not abandon the field that fulfills her; Real Estate.

Prior to Real Estate she worked as a home furnishings consultant for 2 of the biggest retailers in the nation. In order to guarantee her success she studied architecture, designers, styles, history and Feng Shui. That experience brought her quick success in her residential Real Estate career where she was Rookie of the Year and made the Circle of Excellence for four consecutive years. She believes that in order to call yourself a specialist you should know all aspects of the business. By maintaining a professional and effective network of other professionals they seamlessly share business, ideas, concepts and success by living and performing from a space of connectivity.
