Robert began his career in real estate in 1989 with the Goodstein organization. He was the top-producing agent for nine consecutive years, until he was promoted to run the day-to-day business in 1999, where he increased company sales by more than 70 percent. Robert's boundless energy and sheer determination made Goodstein Residential one of the most respected real estate brokerage firms, while preserving a reputation for professionalism and integrity.
In 2006, Goodstein merged with Fenwick Keats, where Robert is currently a Managing Partner.
His building and bulk sales include: 279 West 4th St, 25 East 38th St, 239 West 20th St, 166 Units at the Kenliworth (178 East 80th St) and Corniche (301 East 87th St), 206 Eat 56th St, 319 East 50th St, and over 400 unit sales for individual owners and sponsors including Goodstein, Twin Cities Federal, Aegon, and HSBC.
Robert handles buyouts, inside purchases, market pricing, marketing and overseeing sales from pre-vacancy through closing.
Robert served as 2007 President of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® and led the Manhattan chapter of the Nation Association of REALTORS®, the country's largest real estate trade organization. He is also a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
