After living in and around New York City his entire life, Michael is excited to return to his family roots in Real Estate. His grandfather’s business, Kenneth Ives and Co., was an integral part of Manhattan residential Real Estate for over four decades and just recently closed its doors.

Michael moved to NYC right after graduating from Yale (BA in English) and spent most of the last 25 years in the Fashion Industry working as a model. Based in New York, his clients ranged from Ralph Lauren to Gianni Versace, Bloomingdale’s to Target and he appeared on many magazine covers including GQ, L’Uomo Vogue, Self and even Rolling Stone.

Interspersed with a demanding schedule of travel, Michael also worked for a Physician’s website based at Stanford University’s School of Medicine, had his own line of clothing, ran an eBay Business, and worked for a technologies consulting firm. He keeps in shape by teaching Indoor Rowing at the Westside YMCA. The need for well developed interpersonal skills, stamina and hard work have always been a requirement of Michael’s activities.

Michael and his wife live on the Upper West Side. He has 3 wonderful children and two bad cats. Still actively competing in Masters rowing competitions, he supports the USA Junior National Rowing Team through "Power 10", a group of collegiate, National Team and Olympic rowers here in New York City.
