Ed Lacson joined the company in 1997 as a real estate agent. Ed is from the sugar-producing island of the Philippines, Negros Occidental. He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Don Bosco Technical College. After graduation, he worked for the Gillette Company, handling various key positions in their quality control, production, and engineering departments.
When he relocated to America, he worked for a construction company in New Jersey involved in construction of water treatment plants. Since construction work is not always stable, he decided to work part-time as a concierge/doorman in Manhattan. Seeing a boom in the real estate market, he decided to get his license in real estate.
As a real estate agent, he is well liked by his clients. He is very honest and straightforward. He aids his clients through the entire sale process to make it an exciting and comfortable experience. With his background in engineering and construction, he can also advise on home improvements. He is also the only broker at FENWICK KEATS Real Estate to specialize in Queens. He has established the name of our brokerage firm in Queens—but he also does business in Manhattan. In addition, Ed has a real estate license for New Jersey and does business in both New York and New Jersey.
Eduardo Lacson is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), and he is our “King of Queens.”
