Danielle Wiedemann has over 20 years of experience as a residential real estate broker in Manhattan and is a lifetime New York City resident. She is equally skilled at representing apartment buyers and sellers. Known for her patience, discretion, attention to detail, and integrity, Danielle is easy to work with, an effective listener, and highly organized. She works hard to meet her clients’ desires while making the real estate process stress-free.
When representing sellers, she knows how to get the best prices and close the deal to her clients’ benefit by skillfully marketing, staging (when necessary), pricing and negotiating their property. She has an uncanny ability to help buyers find their dream home and makes the process enjoyable. With her extensive knowledge of Manhattan's neighborhoods, buildings, schools, shops, and amenities, Danielle selects properties that match her clients' criteria, including their needs and unspoken ideals. Danielle also has years of experience with executive relocations as well as international buyers and sellers. She consistently receives numerous client referrals and has many repeat customers.
Danielle attended the Spence School and received her undergraduate degree from Tisch School of the Arts at NYU. Before entering real estate, she worked as a web designer and, later, as head of new business at a digital design firm. She currently lives on the Upper West Side with her family and is president of her building's co-op board.
