A specialist in residential properties, Debra marries her passion for the city with rigorous market analysis and the keen insight of a New York City native to produce exceptional results for her clients. Equally adept at sellers and buyers needs, Debra is the consummate problem solver, a Certified Negotiation Specialist, who possesses the patience and customer focus that builds relationships and takes the angst out of a complicated process. As a result, Debra has an established practice, dozens of successful transactions, and a plethora of very happy clients.

A former television writer, producer, and director for HBO, as well as co-founder of the production company, Airmasters Entertainment, Debra is all about the details – not only the financial ones but the creative ones as well.  This duality serves her well in the complex world of real estate.

A Certified Staging Professional, Debra has also followed her passion for design, studying at the New York School of Interior Design and at the University of California/Berkeley, and she has worked on several residential design projects on both coasts. Her experienced eye and aesthetic sensibility allows her to envision the possibilities of any given space and helps her clients see them as well.

Debra is a member of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS®, NYSAR, and the National Association of REALTORS® and a member of REBNY. She currently sits on the board of The Players Club, a 125-year-old theatrical association.
