Originally from Northern New Jersey, Steve Rubin resides on the Upper West Side where he focuses much of his real estate business. He is also well versed in many areas of the city, including the Upper East Side, Midtown East, Midtown West, Chelsea, Harlem, and Washington Heights.

Before starting his real estate career in 2008, Steve worked in sales and marketing in the hospitality trade and prior to that NYC's competitive Garment Center. His real estate success is attributed to strong long term relationships with landlords, building managers, and past clients based on trust, hard work, and excellent customer service.

Steve’s sincerity and enthusiasm are recognized immediately. He is knowledgeable, hard working and his negotiating skills have proven successful in getting his clients exactly what they want.

Steve has volunteered at Dorot, (an UWS visitation program for home bound elderly), Achilles Running Club, is an avid tennis player, and enjoys travel.
