Previous new developments have included the luxury condominiums at 151 East 78th Street, designed by Peter Pennoyer Architects, 508 West 24th Street, 456 West 19th Street, and 47 East 91st Street, also Tamarkin Co. projects. Being involved in the resale and new development market enables Cathy to keep her pulse on pricing and market trends.
Cathy is proud to be one of the two Founding Chairpersons of the New York Residential Agent Continuum (NYRAC), an organization established in 2018 by and for residential real estate agents; NYRAC is focused on enhancing the consumer experience and elevating the status of the residential brokerage profession in New York City by encouraging innovation, transparency, ethics, advocacy, influence, best practices, education, collegiality, and professional networking.
