Danilo "JR" Rivera is the Principal Broker of Bona Tierra and has been working on New York Residential Real Estate since 1999. Due to his family’s strong Real Estate background, JR was exposed at young age to New York Real Estate and this lengthy experience has allowed him to create transactions that are both enjoyable and profitable for his clients. Additionally, his extensive knowledge of Manhattan real estate has allowed him to skillfully recognize excellent properties for buyers, sellers, investors and renters alike. JR has represented many international clients, high-net-worth individuals, multinational corporations, Broadway productions, United Nation dignitaries and Education Institutions, including selling a Mansion to his alma mater, Fordham University.
