Managing expectations effectively is one of his talents. A veteran of all real estate markets, Steven serves his customers and clients with patience, insight and humor. Steven earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University, having majored in psychology and minored in philosophy. He holds a Masters of Business Administration, and navigates the financial intricacies of a transaction with confidence. Formerly a co-op owner in Greenwich Village, Steven currently owns a home in Murray Hill. A life long New Yorker, he knows this city and its neighborhoods very well. He is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York.
