Matthew Pravda, joined Leslie J. Garfield & Co., Inc. in 2000. He received his BA in Economics from Kean University. Matthew is responsible for the sale and leasing of over 75 residential, commercial and institutional townhouse properties. Included among his more notable sales are 1009 Fifth Avenue for $40,000,000, 17 East 90th Street for $27,000,000 and 19 East 82nd Street for $25,000,000. Mr. Pravda resides in Hoboken, New Jersey with his wife Leigh, daughter Lily and son Max. He is a former tennis professional and a member of Twin Brooks Country Club.
