Dezireh Eyn serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Platinum Properties, a prominent real estate firm specializing in Manhattan's Financial District (FiDi) and beyond. Since co-founding Platinum Properties in 2005, Dezireh has been at the forefront of the company’s evolution, driving its success and fostering a dynamic, people-focused culture. With over two decades of experience in the New York City real estate market, she has cultivated deep expertise across every facet of the industry, earning the respect of clients, agents, and colleagues alike.

Dezireh’s journey into real estate began with an internship during her college years, where she was captivated by the energy of a bustling brokerage. The limitless potential of the real estate industry, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, inspired her to become an agent. Her natural leadership qualities, strategic mindset, and passion for empowering others soon led her to establish Platinum Properties with her brother, Khashy Eyn. Together, they infused the firm with their family’s core values, emphasizing relationships and personal connection in every transaction.

Dezireh draws profound inspiration from her late grandfather, whose unwavering belief in promoting women in leadership and fostering entrepreneurship deeply influenced her career path. From a young age, he instilled in her the values of resilience, ambition, and the importance of pursuing her passions. As CEO, Dezireh views her agents as her primary clients, working tirelessly to provide them with the tools, resources, and mentorship they need to succeed. Among her many accomplishments, Dezireh played a pivotal role in securing Platinum’s exclusive representation of 116 John Street, the largest building in the firm’s portfolio. This milestone also led to a groundbreaking partnership with Silverstein Properties, opening the door to one of Platinum’s most significant landlord relationships. Her hands-on approach to leadership ensures that she is deeply involved in every level of the business, from strategic planning to daily operations, giving her a unique advantage in guiding the company toward continued growth.

Dezireh’s commitment to the community extends beyond real estate. She has been an active supporter of The Jewish Board, the largest social services organization in New York. The Jewish Board ties in closely to Platinum’s own core values. Of the many services that they offer, Dezireh has most closely aligned herself with working with women who are victims of domestic violence through a variety of community-based programs and initiatives such as a Dress for Success event, vision board event, and more. 

Dezireh earned her undergraduate degree in Economics with a minor in Business from New York University and later attended Cardozo Law School. She is fluent in Farsi and Spanish.

In her role as CEO, Dezireh continues to build on the foundation established with her brother, as he transitions to focus on Platinum’s commercial division. Her vision for Platinum Properties is rooted in empowering agents, fostering meaningful relationships, and inspiring others to pursue their passions with purpose.
