Khashy’s journey in real estate began as a teenager when a serendipitous summer experience led him into Manhattan’s property market. That early exposure ignited his passion for real estate, driving him to become a firm believer in the power of human connection. For Khashy, real estate is not just about transactions; it is about building relationships, earning trust, and turning clients into lifelong friends.

In 2005, Khashy co-founded Platinum Properties with his sister, Dezireh, establishing a boutique real estate firm headquartered in the Financial District of New York City. Initially specializing in luxury residential brokerage, he has since expanded the company’s reach into commercial sales and leasing, as well as proptech investments through Eyn Holdings. His investment firm owns multi-family buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn and holds advisory positions in multiple prop-tech companies. These ventures allow Platinum Properties to remain at the forefront of industry innovation while delivering the best-in-class service to its clients.

Throughout his career, Khashy has completed over $5 billion in real estate transactions, cementing his reputation as a top-tier dealmaker. His expertise extends across both residential and commercial real estate, as demonstrated by landmark transactions such as the $250 million sale of 116 John Street and the record-breaking lease of 100 Vandam Street at $125,000 per month. He also secured the highest per-square-foot residential lease in Tribeca at 1 North Moore with a monthly rate of $85,000. Among his most notable achievements is the rapid 24-hour closure of a $9.9 million triplex penthouse at The Continuum Tower in Miami Beach, which later resold for $25 million, setting an East Coast record at the time. Overseeing a commercial real estate portfolio exceeding $2.5 billion, Khashy has proven his ability to execute complex, high-value transactions with precision and efficiency.
