With over 15 years of success in the real estate industry, Caroline Fuchs knows that the key to the fast-paced New York real estate market is listening to her clients, understanding their needs—and delivering results. By putting their needs first and foremost, she gets the job done in the most precise and efficient manner.
Her contagious enthusiasm, zest for life, approachable personality and passion for real estate shine through in the work she does day in and day out.
No matter what the neighborhood, requirements, budget or timeframe, Caroline guides her clients step-by-step through the entire real estate process from showing to closing. With all her experience and accomplishments, she is most gratified by the strong relationships she builds with loyal clients who often become repeat clients or refer business.
To Caroline, “no” is not an option. This has been her motto since 1997 when she began in real estate at a top Manhattan brokerage firm. There she partnered with one of city’s leading rental brokers earning numerous awards for their high-end rental and sales transactions. At another leading firm, she worked with a power team specializing in high-end downtown properties and in 2007 and 2011, Caroline was instrumental in securing one of the highest prices recorded for a non-penthouse, downtown condo unit. Throughout her career, she was influential in selling several important properties and new developments like 15 Central Park West and The Plaza private residences. Caroline complements her real estate expertise with her visual eye and keen sense of space having also been associated with a prestigious Manhattan interior design firm. She is the president of her namesake firm, Caroline Fuchs Design and can assist sellers in staging a home to attract the highest price, or doing renovation, decorating or consultation work for new buyers and renters.
A native of Fort Lee, NJ, Caroline graduated cum laude from Boston University School of Communications then earned an Interior Design degree from Parsons School of Design. With her family’s mini-storage and commercial real estate business in Tribeca since the 1930s “before the area was considered desirable,” she has a wealth of resources and is considered the “go to girl” for recommendations. In her spare time Caroline balances her hectic days by spending time with her Maltipoo puppy, doing yoga or exploring the vibrant neighborhoods of New York City.
