William Gaviria, is a Colombian-American New Yorker, a New York State Real Estate Salesperson, a United States Marine Corps Veteran, and a Fordham University student. For approximately ten years now, he has been a resident of New York City and since then called it home.

From 2011- 2015 he enlisted into the armed forces and during that time excelled through the ranks. Although he spent most of his time stationed in North Carolina, he did spent time in other states around the nation and completed an eight-month tour in Afghanistan in 2013.

Will was Honorably Discharged- from active duty service, to inactive reserve service- in August 2015. Later that year he was promoted to the rank of Sergeant (E-5).

In September 2015, he was accepted to Fordham University in New York City and majored in Organizational Leadership. Fortunately, due to Will’s time-in-service, he was able to reap the benefits the Veteran’s Affairs offered him and concentrate on his education. However, by the Summer of 2016, Will was ready for a change and he decided to start a career in real estate.

 Will became licensed in New York State and began his career at a boutique firm in Manhattan called Gad Realty LLC; at Gad Realty, he gained valuable knowledge of the industry, the city, and its real estate.  In Mid-April 2017, Will Joined the Dansar Group in Manhattan; there he continued working in New York City, specializing in Manhattan’s Upper West Side and shortly after, he became an excellent asset to the team.

Will is a great communicator who is fluent in Spanish and English. He is also, Friendly, efficient, helpful, and easy to get along with. His experience enables him to comfortably adapt to different situations as well as different types people.
