Francis was born, raised and educated in Manila, Philippines. Immediately after she graduated from college (Bachelor of Science, Accounting/Business Management), she moved to New York City where she began her career in accounting/finance and insurance sales. Francis went on to graduate from the Real Estate Institute of New York University and holds real estate licenses in New York and New Jersey. In 1989, she formed her own small boutique firm and she continues to work from her home office in Greenwich Village, New York City. She serves mostly international clients and specializes in residential, condominium and investment properties. As a Certified International Property Specialist, she transacts business within and outside of the United States. She has earned the e-Pro Certification and the Transnational Referral Certification (TRC). Francis is an active member of the Manhattan Association of Realtors (MANAR), New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She is an active member of the New York City Council of FIABCI (International Federation of Real Estate, USA Chapter). She is also a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA). She is a founding member and immediate past president of the CHS North America Foundation, Inc. (CHSNAF)--a non-profit charitable alumnae organization which she helped to establish. A staunch supporter of Asian-American arts and theater, she serves as Vice Chairperson-Board of Directors of the Obie Award winning Ma-Yi Theater Company of New York City. As a Realtor with local/global experience, Francis' foremost aim is to serve clients and customers with integrity and personal attention to details, delivering services beyond basic expectation.
