Ron got involved with the real estate industry ten years ago. For him, it began in Pennsylvania and the tri-state area with buying and selling property. A salesman all his life, he was quick to realize that real estate was the business for him. Prior to this Ron achieved a BFA in musical theatre with a minor in journalism at Carnegie Mellon University. Professionally he enjoyed an extensive acting career, as a member of SAG and Actors Equity. In addition, he was given the opportunity to hone his managerial skills working as a commercial print advertising agent, handling actors of all kinds but specializing in working with children. Ron became involved with real estate 16 years ago when he bought a home in Pittsburgh for $12,000. He has continued buying and selling property through the present. Soon after he got involved with the industry he moved to New York and got his salesperson license and worked for several agencies. Following the start of his career as an agent he decided to focus on short term furnished and relocation markets. He headed relocation and furnished departments at a number of agencies he worked with, testing out different variations of how he handled things to learn what worked and what didn’t. Once MRC was established our relocations department was an immediate success dealing with Fortune 500 companies, modeling companies, production companies and more. There’s no relocation challenge too great for him, if it doesn’t exist he’ll create it and he takes special joy in helping clients relocate and find their own dwellings. He has never come up empty. However, the height to which this department has grown so far is merely a drop in the bucket of what he would like to achieve.
