Prior to founding RES, Chris worked as an actuarial analyst at William M. Mercer Inc. (Mercer) and as a financial adviser in the Private Client Division of Oppenheimer & Co. Chris also worked for a real estate development company in Northwest Florida, where he specialized in real estate financing and head of marketing. He has been involved with new, luxury projects in NW Florida from inception to completion, overseeing all finance acquisitions, investor relations, project budgeting and marketing. With his combined experience, analytical skills and the vast knowledge he has acquired throughout the years, Chris proves to be an invaluable asset to his clients and to the firm. He holds a bachelors degree in Mathematics from Boston University.
