A native New Yorker, Meron joins Cooper & Cooper after working in commercial real estate with a focus on the sale of warehouse and development properties. Prior to real estate, Meron was a Theatre History, Acting, and Stage Combat Instructor at Emerson College, Tufts University and Boston University, to name a few. His expertise as an educator gives Meron the ability to prepare, educate and guide his clients through the complex New York City real estate market. Meron holds Masters degrees from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and Brandeis University, and a doctorate in Theatre History from Tufts University, where he won the Award for Outstanding Contributions to Undergraduate Education. Additionally, he holds an Executive Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University, a Certificate in Software Development from Columbia Engineering, and a "Mini-MBA" from the University at Buffalo's School of Management. As a theatrical fight choreographer, Meron has choreographed for over 175 productions, tours, and films. As a writer, Meron has been published in various books, periodicals, and professional journals, and his plays have been performed around the country and overseas. In his free time, Meron enjoys practicing martial arts and running, where he has earned a black belt in Matsubayashi-Ryu Karate and completed one full marathon and three half-marathons.
