Jamie Fedorko has been a consistent success since entering the real estate world, and has become a relied-upon, trusted agent with in-depth knowledge of both the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets. A fourth-generation native New Yorker who grew up in Manhattan and has lived in Brooklyn for more than 10 years, Jamie’s first career was in print media where he worked on the editorial side of some of the country's top magazines like GQ and Conde Nast Traveler, among others. He is also the award-winning author of three books, including 2006's "The Intern Files" published by a division of Simon & Schuster. After a successful career as a writer and editor, Jamie turned his innate and lifelong passion for real estate into a career. He began with a mid-size firm in Brownstone Brooklyn where he was the highest grossing agent in his office during every year he worked for the firm.
Since joining Warburg in 2012, Jamie has quickly set himself apart from his competition by listening to and communicating clearly with his customers and clients to ensure that their time and needs are truly valued. In 2013, Jamie received one of only two Achievement Awards given at Warburg recognizing the outstanding work he did in Brooklyn over the course of the year. In 2014 and 2015, he was the firm’s Top Producer in Brooklyn and a Top 4 Producer in his office. Coupling his ability to quickly hone in on the needs of his clients with his extensive market knowledge, Jamie is able to assist his clients with figuring out where they'll be most comfortable in this vast city, along with how they'll be able to maximize the value of the property they're selling or purchasing.
