With a love for detail and creating safe and comfortable spaces that people can really thrive in, Sarine Atamian is a licensed real estate sales person and assistant to Charlie Lewis, top producer and senior managing director at Warburg Realty.

Sarine came to the real estate world from the New York City Board of Education, where she worked with special needs children. In that role, she learned how to address multiple needs and prioritize both emotional and practical benefits to create a safe space in which the children could grow and flourish. She translated this experience to the real estate world, where she first learned the “business” of the business at JJG Real Estate Appraisal Services. And now, in her work at Warburg Realty, Sarine supports the team in helping clients sort through the many variables that factor into finding and settling into a dream home.

When she’s not in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the real estate world, Sarine is very active in the non-profit world. She sits on the Central Council as the Public Relations Coordinator of the Armenian Church Youth Organization of America, and leads fundraising campaigns for worldwide charities and attends both domestic and global youth conferences.
 

Graduating from New York Institute of Technology with a degree in International Business, Sarine is perfectly primed for the global and evolving needs of New York real estate.
