Jonathan has lived in Manhattan for the last 18 years, working in New York real estate for over 12 years.  With his years of experience as an Associate Broker, Jonathan has a deep knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market, its inventory, its major and minor players, and its pitfalls and how to overcome them.  With varied interests and experiences, Jonathan was a practicing attorney in New York for four years at two of the city’s most prestigious law firms.  Jonathan was also a practicing stand up comedian who has performed at most of the New York’s best known comedy clubs.   So with Jonathan you not only get his years of Manhattan real estate experience, you get the professionalism and responsibility of an attorney combined with a pleasant, empathetic, often humorous person to work with as you negotiate your way through the complex New York real estate market.
