Kathryn's real estate career began in Washington, DC while she completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University.  Kathryn learned the real estate business working alongside one of the area’s top-producers in high-end properties and new developments in the premier neighborhoods of Washington, DC and Chevy Chase, MD.  While there, she was instrumental in landing a listing for one of Georgetown’s most prominent historical estates.
 
Kathryn subsequently left the Washington area to pursue her dream to live and work in NYC and has spent the last four years working with the Luxe Group where most of her focus has been on the hot downtown market, but also successfully closing transactions in Williamsburg, Brooklyn Heights, Midtown, and the UWS where she has worked with buyers, sellers, and renters.
