As a resident of the Upper East Side for the past 50 years, I am extremely familiar with the real estate market there and throughout Manhattan. I have seen the many positive improvements to the area, most recently, the completion of the Second Avenue Subway.

As a former Treasurer of my Coop Board, I am intimately familiar with the financial workings of a coop and feel I can fairly represent you when you are in a position to sell your existing unit or buy another unit. In representing seller or buyer, I strive to provide superior service and bring excellent negotiating skills to the table. Because of my extensive knowledge with both co-ops and mortgages, I take pride in taking my clients through the selling/buying process with ease.

I obtained my bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and my MBA in Computer methodology from Baruch College.  I served as an officer in Army Artillery and was honorably discharged holding the rank of 1^st Lieutenant.

Prior to my Real Estate career, I was the owner of The Computer Software Center, which developed computer systems for the Cable Television industry and Banking.
