I met with Edward to view an apartment and it was perfect for my fiance and I. From that point on, Edward did whatever he could to get me the place. He was excellent in terms of communication and dealing with getting all my paperwork done within 24 hours. COULD NOT IMAGINE A BETTER EXPERIENCE!
Edward knows what he's doing and caters to your preferences with flying colors. He is genuine, so I didn't feel for a second that I was being manipulated or pushed on an apartment. Also, he responded and worked quickly to get me the apartment I wanted. The entire time I felt like I had an advocate on my side through the rough process of apartment searching and negotiating. I figured with all the good reviews that Edward would be a tough guy to reach, but nope! He responded quickly to my inquiry (same day... same hour I think) and after my roommate and I found an apartment we liked, he made the process of applying and getting keys a total breeze -- took just a few days and he made everything easy and uncomplicated. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! And bonus fact: Edward has excellent taste in movies and actors. Go with Edward!…

He made sure that every apartment he showed us was in our price range, ensured that it was a reasonable commute to my place of work (always within a few blocks of the appropriate subway stations), and only showed us places "he would want to live". This resulted in us really liking every place that we saw. We had an apartment in secured in 2 days!
