Mr. Killian serves as CEO for Prospect Equities® and oversees the company's development involving its franchise operations. Mr. Killian is focused on the expansion of Prospect Equities® as an international brand name and franchise system. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, is a decorated United States military veteran and a Harvard University alumnus. In addition to the founding role of Prospect Equities®, he has founded, operated, and/or acquired over two dozen companies in the areas of engineering, demolition, technology, general contracting, insurance, investments, publishing, banking, and entertainment production. 

Mr. Killian started Prospect Equities® in the year 2000, hired his first agent in 2002, and built the company to over 600 active agents with 6 office locations inside of 8 years.  He began offering Franchises in 2010 and continues to develop the Prospect Equities® brand through franchising and the acquisition of additional corporate-owned locations.  Today, Prospect Equites has 10 corporate-owned locations thought the US. He is a licensed Broker in Illinois, New York, Arizona, and Florida.
