After being hired by an advertising agency in 1985, Virginia moved from her family home on Rockaway Beach to Carroll Gardens. She fell in love with the culture and community feel of Brooklyn, and chose to move to Park Slope when she married and raised her family.
Before joining the Brownstone team, Virginia attained a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Rhode Island, worked for many years as a producer in the advertising industry, and owned her own bakery business, Patsy’s Cookies. When she sought to make a career change, Virginia saw Real Estate as a natural fit due to her already honed skillset in communication and marketing. She sees herself as a facilitator in the deal-making process, responsible for striking a balance between two parties by effectively conveying the desires of her clients and giving them her undivided attention.
Having grown-up close to the water, it is no surprise that Virginia is an avid swimmer, who finds looking at the ocean and lounging on the beach relaxing ways to spend time. When the weather is not ideal for outdoor activities, Virginia enjoys watching films or doing crossword puzzles.
A skilled communicator, small-business owner, and savvy dealmaker, Virginia is excited to be able to represent you and help you with your real estate needs.
