Brad founded TSO in 2008 after working 8 years at Murray Hill Properties as a leading commercial broker. Though he achieved great success at Murray Hill and was voted Top Broker of the firm for many years, Brad decided to start his own business to fulfill his entrepreneurial spirit and allow his creativity to flourish. Brad's years of experience in the commercial real estate market coupled with his unique vision to find a solution before a problem exists has proven to be beneficial for his clients, whether they are acquiring a building, opening a restaurant or day spa, opening a retail location or showroom , expanding office space and more. Brad's knowledge and work ethic has also allowed him to successfully venture into the residential real estate market.
