His prior work spans across a wide range of business types and sizes, Joe has spent over 12 years working in residential leasing.  Most recently, Joe worked at Related as Vice President of Leasing, where he handled a portfolio of 20 New York assets with 3,500+ apartments.  He also spearheaded Related's leasing operations in Chicago, opening two high profile 500-unit class AA assets:  500 Lake Shore Drive and OneEleven.  Prior to Related, Joe worked for two mid-sized brokerage firms in Chicago, helping grow and manage their respective residential leasing divisions.  During this time, he designed, developed and launched StreamLease, an online platform where multifamily managers can share pricing and availability with brokers in real-time.  In 2003, he acquired the rights to a Franchise of College Pro Painters, owning and operating an exterior painting business, while earning his B.S. in Marketing at Michigan State University.
