A Montclair State University honor student, Noam cultivated his academic abilities in the real world, gravitating toward monitoring and managing properties and different assets; namely high-end condos and buildings in NYC and NJ.

Noam has a deep knowledge of every facet of property management including reporting, record keeping, rental revenue and delinquencies, supervision and leasing management, purchasing and sales preparations, and supervision of daily maintenance. Noam’s pedantic nature is perfectly suited to his chosen profession.
