Mr. Sedjati is partner and CEO of Manhattist, Inc. His career began as a loan officer with National Finance Corporation in 1998 while attending Renssealaer Polytechnic Institute for his bachelor’s degree. Subsequently, he became Vice President at Greenpoint Mortgage. In that position, he applied his skills to real estate underwriting, sales, and portfolio management. He was also authorized to process multifamily housing development loans. Shortly after Grenpoint’s Mortgage was acquired by Capital One Bank, Mr. Sedjati managed First Source Financial USA in their commercial mortgage division for 2 years until founding Manhattist, Inc. With a background that includes experience as an investment advisor, sales management and bank lending officer, Mr. Sedjati succeeded in establishing Manhattist as an advisory and real estate brokerage firm for foreign clients .
