Joel started his career in real estate at the age of 20. Growing up in New york he has resided in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester county and Manhattan, giving him inside knowledge in these NYC markets. Joel holds a bachelors degree in economics with a minor in psychology from Baruch College (CUNY), where he currently serves as a board member on Baruch's Young Alumni board (BYAN). Joel is also the head coach of the Bearcat Masters swimming team, a competitive adult swimming program at Baruch College.
