Dan has almost a decade of experience working as a commercial real estate lawyer in one of the nation's largest corporate law firms. He has also been a licensed real estate broker in New York since 2006 and is an expert in the West Queens and Brownstone Brooklyn residential markets. Dan also has extensive experience navigating the North Brooklyn retail market and the various industrial business zones throughout New York City. In Manhattan, Dan has structured large office leasing deals and many private equity investment sales transactions involving the acquisition, redevelopment and re-positioning of distressed assets and large development sites.

Representative clients include residential owner occupant buyers, fund investors, retail operators and residential or commercial developers. 

A graduate of Michigan Law School and SUNY College at Geneseo, Dan enjoys SCUBA diving, watching college basketball and traveling internationally.
