Nathan brings more than 10 years of asset finance, sales, marketing, and analytical experience to Bala Real Estate Group. An active participant in the New York City real estate market since 2005, Nathan’s focus has traditionally been on the residential condominium market in lower Manhattan and the brownstone/townhouse development market in Brooklyn. A former Senior Vice President and head of emerging markets for a commercial aircraft leasing and finance company, Nathan has managed deal teams responsible for acquiring, structuring, leasing, and marketing transactions worth more than $750 million, with an emphasis on the Russian and Turkish markets. Nathan also has significant experience performing investment analysis and due diligence for institutional and private equity firms. Nathan holds an MBA from Babson College and a BSBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh.
