He is currently Principal of Isen & Company R|E|A which is a full service Real Estate advisory firm that specializes in Real Estate Marketing/Sales, Development, and Investment. While working for Prodigy Network, LLC, Mr. Berger managed all international sales for the firm. Mr. Berger supervised several development projects that included the William Beaver House and Trump SOHO. While working for the Athena Group, LLC Mr. Berger directed all domestic sales for the firm that included projects at 43 West 64th Street, 838 Fifth Avenue, and 111 Central Park North where Mr. Berger's team set several New York City Real Estate records. Those records included highest price per square foot and highest condo price in Harlem history. Mr. Berger's team has an extensive knowledge of Real Estate services and works closely with private and institutional clients. He is a highly experienced Sales and Marketing professional with over $500M in recorded sales. Mr. Berger brings a small town mentality to the urban landscape.
