The only New York City home that Colin has ever known is Upper Manhattan; he's lived in both Washington Heights and Harlem, and is well-acquainted with the area's northern nooks, crannies, parks, train lines, mofongo mongers, and cocktail bars alike. In spite of his uptown-centric ways, he knows the lay of the entire Island, and can often be found wandering new neighborhoods in search of everything and nothing in particular.

Colin has exprience as a buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant, and is keenly attuned to the balance that must be struck to make his clients happy.

He attended the University of Massachusetts to study English, and will never be caught without something to read.
